A comprehensive, high-potency, hypoallergenic vitamin supplement in three capsules daily, LDA Multi-Vitamin has been formulated with higher strength amounts and specific ratios of essential vitamins compared to other Klaire Laboratories® multivitamin formulas. Activated forms of folate (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin and 5-adenosylcobalamin) are used for enhanced absorption and bioactivity. LDA Multi-Vitamin should be taken with food.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take three capsules daily or as directed by a physician.
